On Tuesday 29th November Hannah More Primary is holding an event to think about the future of the school and community, and how we would like it to be. The event will be run as an ‘Open Space’. This means there will be different conversations to join, to share your thoughts and ideas, as well as hear other people’s. You might also choose to start a conversation about something that interests you.
The event is aimed at exploring how the school can imaginatively expand its role in connecting the community, and how the school’s assets (e.g. its grounds, buildings, people and their skills) can be enjoyed more fully by a connected community.
The Real Ideas Organisation (RIO) is helping the school envisage how Social Enterprise might create and maximise opportunities. The ideas and discussions which emerge at the event will inform and inspire this journey.
Attending the event will be a diverse group of people, some directly connected to the school (parents, volunteers, staff), and others who are connected geographically (local organisations, businesses, and residents).
We would warmly welcome your involvement at this event. Please come with your ideas and with an open mind.
We hope you can make it. Click here to request an invitation.
Best,
Sue Ramsay, Head Teacher
