We had a VIP guest - Hannah More herself (well, kind of!) who spent time going around all of the classrooms to talk to the children all about her life and answer all of their many questions!
The classes also took part in a cake decorating competition. All of the cakes looked fantastic, so well done to everyone who took part but an especially big WELL DONE to ELMER who were the winners!
The school were lucky enough to have a visit from a team with the Old Vic who put on drama workshops with all the classes throughout the day. Big thanks to Mrs Jackson for organising this for the children.
We also enjoyed a fabulous play which was written by our very own Ms Sokoni and performed by the schools Drama Group. It was a very fun and we really enjoyed watching them put on a great show for everyone!
And finally at the end of this very busy and exciting day.... the Hannah More Annual International Food Festival took place! Thank you so much to all of the parents, carers, family and friends that brought along food from around the world for everyone to share!
It was really nice to see (and smell) all of the traditional dishes and homemade cakes on offer!
Thank you to everone, including the staff, for making the day really special and enjoyable.
