A full week of learning!!!!

17 November 2017

This week year 6 has had a full week of learning!

Year 6 have been working extremely hard on their work this week.

In maths we did some simplifying of fractions, adding of fractions and ordering. We had to then put our answers in simplest form.

In English we have learnt how to use colons and wrote a recount about our trip to ice-skating last week.

In topic we argued alot! Not really, we were debating who should have more money from the cost of a banana. There were 5 people to split the cost between and the retailer had the largest share and the grower received the least.

After alot of learning we did some reading and learned how ti structure our answers using thee PEE method.
