Owl Class are enjoying mindfulness lessons delivered by Lily this term. We are enjoying these sessions because we are learning lots of new things about our brains and bodies that we didn't know!

Every week we practise ways to keep ourselves calm by using differetn breathing exercises. Here are some of them:

 

1. Finger breathing

2. Tummy and Chest patterns

3. Pausing

4. How many breaths in a minute

5. Wobbling and steadying
